Shipping policy

Finch Basics operates Saturday to Thursday and remains closed on Fridays and government holidays.

Order Processing

Our daily cutoff time is 6:00 PM.

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
• Orders placed on Fridays or government holidays are processed on the next operating day.

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
• Dhaka Suburbs: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Tk 60
• Dhaka Suburbs: Tk 100
• Outside Dhaka: Tk 120

Courier Partners

We primarily ship through Pathao and Steadfast Courier. Other courier partners may be used when necessary.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete delivery address and valid phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

Our courier may contact you before delivery. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, an additional delivery charge may apply for re-delivery.
